NBA IST Tournament 2023 Red Carpet Experience

The NBA debuted its first-ever In-Season Tournament, creating a new cultural tentpole in December 2023. The Las Vegas red carpet needed to feel inaugural, iconic, and native to basketball; while delivering fashion-forward images that would travel across social and press.

We converted the red carpet into an immersive runway, a guided arc that encouraged movement, pivots, and full-fit reveals. Spatial graphics and subtle wayfinding created natural “peak frames” for photography and social loops. The environment acted as both stage and system: talent flowed predictably; photographers hit consistent angles; social teams captured dynamic transitions.

High-interest arrivals (The Lakers, The Bucks, Timothee Chalamete, Bobby Flay, Ne-Yo, Julius Erving, Flava Flav) amplified the fashion-meets-basketball narrative, reinforcing the carpet as a show rather than a stop.
