Peacock’s survey shows most frequent true-crime viewers report stress relief from following investigations (57%) and from case resolution (50%); 68% even watch as part of a nighttime routine, with 21% using narrators’ steady voices to fall asleep.

EXECUTION

As Creative Director, I led the creative development across interactive touchpoints, ambiance, narrative treatments; from crime-scene-inspired “Cold-Case Plunge” to “The Airtight Alibi.” The creative brief was simple but high-stakes: fuse eerie intrigue with high-end wellness without breaking immersion or the spa’s premium standard. We treated the venue as a narrative lab, layering sensory cues, treatment naming, and shareable set-pieces to invite discovery without disrupting Remedy Place’s flow. The result was a buzzworthy, highly photographable experience that drew in fans and media alike and became a conversation-starter for Peacock’s true crime universe.

RESULTS

The experience emerged as both talk-worthy and care-worthy. An activation guests were proud to book and share. Fans and media engaged with the tension-to-release arc, and Remedy Place’s elevated context legitimized the playfulness of the true-crime frame. Guests left with a narrative souvenir (their “alibi” for self-care) and content that translated gracefully on social.
